Colourpop Fade Into Hue Eyeshadow Palette is a new, rainbow-inspired color story with an assortment of matte, sparkle matte, shimmer, and glitter textures.
The palette is arranged by color in columns and then in rainbow-order going from left to right. There were some shades that were pigmented, blendable, and easy to work with, but there were a fair amount of sparkling matte shades that had a lot of fallout (both from the sparkles as well as some powderiness), so some of the enjoyment will depend on one’s threshold for fallout. I’d definitely apply this prior to base products, and I would use it with an eyeshadow primer, too.
How to apply:
apply with your favorite shadow brushes. flat and firmer brushes will give the most color payoff. fluffier brushes are great for blending. use a small angled brush to line the eyes.
